This position is primarily concerned with identifying, selling, and developing accounts together with enhancing their performance on Alibaba.
Role & Responsibilities:-
- Business Development: Recognize and gain new clients, thus covering new markets in context within the B2B field.
- Account Management: To develop partnerships with new partners while at the same time maintaining the proper management of the current partners to guarantee their success in the platform.
- Sales Strategy: Sales strategic planning and execution, to generate the targeted revenue generation and attain designated business goals and objectives of the partners.
- Market Research: Carry out market research on trends that exist within the global market as well as the opportunities that exist for B2B products.
- Training & Support: Ensure that partners obtain all the training, resources, and assistance necessary for them to utilize systems and solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: To oversee and evaluate partners’ performance, so experts can guide partners to approach and succeed further.
- Collaboration: Closely cooperate with all the internal organizations such as the sales, marketing, and product management to ensure consistency in the organization’s development plans.
Qualifications:-
- Some form of post-secondary education such as a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- More than 3 years of working experience preferably in B2B sales, channel channels sales, or other related positions.
- Good knowledge of the electronic business and digital platforms.
- Good interpersonal communication and bargaining skills.
- Honesty and the quality of establishing and maintaining business relations on professional levels.
- Able to develop an analytical mindset that would be useful in deciding what opportunities should be given priority in implementing within the market.
