The Process Specialist – Resource Planning at Infosys BPM is responsible for forecasting, resource allocation, and optimizing utilization in large-scale projects. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to align resource needs with project goals, tracking resource performance, and implementing management tools for efficient resource planning and conflict resolution.
Job Responsibilities:
Forecasting and Planning:
- Develop forecasts and a body of worker management strategies for large contact facilities, ideally inside the UK context.
- Analyze challenge demands and resource availability to create effective allocation plans.
- Conduct useful resource capability-making plans and ensure alignment with mission priorities.
Resource Allocation:
- Collaborate with venture managers, branch heads, and different stakeholders to recognize aid requirements.
- Optimize resource usage utilizing identifying and addressing conflicts or bottlenecks.
- Track resource utilization trends and regulate allocations to maintain performance.
Documentation and Monitoring:
- Maintain accurate records of useful resource schedules, usage reviews, and allocation decisions.

Stakeholder Coordination:
