Job Summary: The Service Management Lead is responsible for the shipping of packages, projects, or controlled services. - Act as a subject count number expert (SME) in provider integration and control (SIAM), guiding the crew to deliver on challenge objectives efficaciously.
- Collaborate with pass-useful groups to ensure all provider shipping meets or exceeds service level agreements (SLA) and client expectations.
- Develop, hold, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with enterprise desires and strategic targets.
