Job Description:
As an Area Manager at Bharti Airtel Ltd, you may play an important role in making sure the green operation and patron delight inside your specified region. KPI Management: Deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in keeping with the set targets. Continuously reveal and improve overall performance to meet or exceed business targets.
Broadband Network Maintenance: Maintain broadband community infrastructure, which includes each cable copper and Optical Distribution Network (ODN) factor.
Partner Infrastructure Strengthening: Work on strengthening partner infrastructure to ensure timely transport of services and migrate clients to higher technology and better speeds.
Customer Experience Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance the excellent consumer experience and decrease operational expenses (OPEX).
Process Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to tactics and SoPs to improve provider first-class and reduce costs.
Sales and Rentals: Achieve income targets, condominium enhancements, technology migration, and other Line of Business (LoB) products through the service teams.
Resource Optimization: Utilize assets optimally to attain deliberate productivity. Monitor and ensure the timely intake of materials for the operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Education: UG: B.Tech/B.E. In Any Specialization, ideally Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech in ECE with more than 6 years of applicable revel in.
- Diploma in ECE with more than 8 years of relevant revel in.
Skills:
- Strong control and leadership competencies.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive, fantastic attitude.
- Proven potential to power fine control and be a result-oriented team player.
- Effective selection-making capabilities and an ability to guide and control alternate.
