The Manager Distributor Operations could be responsible for handling and overseeing numerous elements of distribution channel operations. Below are the key responsibilities:
Distribution Channel Management:
- Oversee the processing of transactions received through online feeds from Channel Partners with whom HSBC has hooked up ties.
- Address queries and manage rejections from Channels by way of liaising with the Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTA).
Distributor Commission Management:
- Verify and manipulate the computation and price tactics for distributor commissions.
- Reconcile commission bills month-to-month to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support Digital Applications:
- Maintain and guide virtual applications along with the Distributor Portal and internal packages.
- Address and resolve any queries related to those packages, ensuring a seamless revel in for vendors.
Audit and Compliance:
- Participate in internal and concurrent audits, making sure that every one method adheres to regulatory standards.
- Conduct periodical Management Information System (MIS) reporting to provide insights and updates on operations.
Distributor Onboarding and Due Diligence:
- Manage the onboarding system for brand spanking new vendors, making sure that every one essential due diligence is finished.
- Ensure that all vendors comply with HSBC’s requirements and regulatory necessities.
Requirements:
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong verbal and written conversation competencies are crucial for correctly liaising with RTAs, auditors, branches, and other stakeholders.

Technical Skills:
