Being a Customer Care Executive in the organization Tech Mahindra Ltd, your main responsibilities include handling and responding to customer inquiries and complaints and satisfying customers. This means that you shall be handling all affairs concerning the customer and guiding them in overcoming various hurdles while offering prompt solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:-

Answer and handle customers’ questions/queries over the phone call, by email, or through a chat with courtesy.
Closely analyze customers’ concerns and learn how to overcome them by reviewing their cases and suggesting solutions.
Record all customers’ actions and transactions with high levels of professionalism.
Defer issues that are beyond the individual’s capability or authority to higher-ranking support when appropriate.
Share with the management common complaints that customers make and Analyze for improvement.

Continue knowing the existing products and services to give correct information to the customers.

Qualifications Required:-

For the position of a regular nurse, a high school diploma is mandated; however, a degree in any field is desirable.
Prior working experience in customer service or any related job is preferred.
Effective communication and/or interaction with other people.
The flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and meet the multifaceted tasks at the same time.
Accomplished in the utilization of customer service software and CRM applications.
